This course was created for those moving from one country to another, and learning to communicate with in-house employees, request repairs, or simply describe the activities of the house, home, family, make reservations, ask for and give directions. This course is perfect for staycationers or those building a home in a Spanish speaking country!

In this section, you will learn and review vocabulary for the house and home. You will not only learn activities for living, but also how to give instructions regarding cleaning, doing laundry, making beds, and organizing.
Students will learn prepositions of orientation.
They will learn how to say them, how to listen specifically for them, and about the differences in usage between English and Spanish prepositions.
En la Bodega y el Jardín
In this lesson, vocabulary for making repairs and going to the hardware store is presented.
Students will be able to ask for basic home and garden tools and explain what something is used for.
Students will practice vocabulary and sentence creation. They will practice pronunciation and be able to explain what each tool does.
